Robert Kaufman

The Robert Kaufman company was founded in 1924 by a Russian immigrant, Samuel Kaufman. He started the business in the basement of his home, manufacturing woolens for local women. Today, four generations later, the company is run by Bob and his son Bryan, and has become one of the largest independent textile manufacturers in the United States.
