Postage Rate:

DUE TO THE CANADA POST STRIKE, ALL PACKAGES WILL BE SENT VIA PURALATOR. AT THIS TIME THERE WILL BE NO LETTERMAIL RATES AVAILABLE. Please see Canada Post's website for the latest information regarding their postal strike.

We offer $18 flat rate shipping on all orders to Canada and $20 to the United States. All international orders have a flat rate of $30.  All flat rate packages have tracking provided, and is updated upon your package being sent.

The Fox Pattern Co. offers free shipping on Canadian orders over $150.00 and all United States orders over $175.00.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees:
Shipping fees do not include any customs fees, duties or taxes placed on the package. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customs forms will be filled out with the actual value (in Canadian dollars) of your order and with an accurate description of the products ordered.


Lost Parcels:
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We will gladly provide any tracking information for your purchase. However, we cannot reimburse you the cost for any lost parcels or re-send you your fabric.
